| Operating hours are Sat and Sun 10 am to 7 pm ES(d)T or 1500z to 2359z. HDTV operations are on 1285 Mhz. 434 and 439.25 Mhz. Digital radio operations are on 1860 khz,3985 khz,7.180 Mhz,14.345 Mhz. 21.375 Mhz. 28.400 Mhz. and 146.565 Mhz.

W2INS HFSUMMERTIME BLUES SSB CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS 1.All Amateurs..General classes and up or DX eqivalent may participate in the contest.2. A QSO with your stations call,QTH, and or grid square must be given to ID. confermation.3a.Contest is open to all base,mobile portible,or maritime operators.3b. Any contact used via remote control means..ie,Repeaters,IRLP or Echolink,ect. is prohibated.4.Space stations and Stations aboard aircraft are not elligable to participate.5.All participants must send a QSL,E-qsl,or e-mail to W2INS(see contact page for details) within 30 days after the contest ends or they will not be elligable for awards.6.Jammers & Pirate operators will be reported to the F.C.C.7.Club and/or single operator stations with multiple calls may only use their primary call during the contest and not any other calls or they will be disqualified.The Continuous Wave DATV system reserves the right to cancel contest dates and times & deny any award to any station whos operation may be under question.12 All members and liasons of the Continuous Wave HDTV System (i.e. 10-70 repeater assn. KJI electrronics ect.)are not elligable for any contest awards.13 All judgements by W2INS are final.
